The Falpro Multipurpose Bridge is a modular bridging system built for strength, adaptability, and fast deployment across a wide range of temporary access needs. Designed to handle challenging environments, it’s ideal for construction sites, roadworks, emergency response situations such as floods or landslides, as well as public events and exhibitions.
Modular Design with Strong Load Performance
This bridge system is made up of 2.50 m and 1.25 m modules that can be combined to span distances of up to 13 meters without intermediate supports. For longer setups with more than four connected sections, an integrated aluminum profile beam adds extra reinforcement. Despite its lightweight, transport-friendly design, the bridge supports 400 kg per square meter, with a maximum total load capacity of 600 kg for the entire structure.
Foldable guardrails make transportation and storage efficient, allowing multiple modules to be stacked compactly. Because of its modular nature, the system can be tailored to suit specific project requirements.
Adapts to Straight or Curved Layouts
For projects that require directional changes, Falpro offers bridge deck corner modules. Each corner unit provides a 30° angle, meaning installers can create 60° or 90° turns by combining modules. These corner elements can be mounted on either side, giving planners greater flexibility when navigating obstacles or tight spaces.
Solutions for High and Low Clearance Applications
The system can be configured for different height requirements:
High-clearance bridges — such as temporary road crossings — can be extended to virtually any length using Falpro Load Bearing Towers.
Low-clearance bridges — up to 70 cm in height — are suited for stream crossings or slightly uneven terrain and use Falpro Spindle Feet, with a maximum of 10 meters between support points.
For lifting and installation, the bridge can be connected to a crane using an adjustable connection set. A pendulum compensator with a wheel on the building side helps absorb movement during crane operations, improving stability and safety.
