It can span up to 13.0 meters using 2.50 m and 1.25 m modules without additional supports. For configurations with more than four connected sections, an aluminum profile beam provides reinforcement. Foldable guard rails allow compact transport and stacking of multiple modules. The bridge supports 400 kg/m², with a maximum total load capacity of 600 kg for the complete structure. Its modular design makes it fully customizable to suit diverse project needs. Falpro Bridge Deck Corner Modules enable curved layouts, each providing a 30° angle, allowing 60° or 90° turns when combined. These corner modules can be installed on either the left or right side.
For a High Clearence bridge —such as temporary road crossings—the bridge can be extended indefinitely using Falpro Load Bearing Towers. For a Low Clearance Bridge up to 70 cm, including stream crossings or minor uneven terrain, Falpro Spindle Feet are used, with a maximum 10.00 m distance between supports. The bridge can also be secured with an adjustable crane connection set, while a pendulum compensator with a wheel on the building side absorbs crane-induced movements.
Additional accessories enhance safety and accessibility the Falpro Multipurpose Bridge Cover Plate creates a flat, secure walking surface over the grating, improving comfort for pedestrians, high-heeled footwear, dogs, and animals. For large clearances, such as temporary road bridges or large areas of uneven terrain, these individual modules of our Falpro – Multipurpose Bridge can be lifted and extended indefinitely by means of supports along their entire length with the a maximum distance of 13.00 m between the support points . These supports are installed using the Cross Beam Set, which is compatible with any load-bearing tower. However, for optimal stability and reliability, the use of the Falpro Load Bearing Tower is strongly recommended.
The Falpro Load Bearing Towers are specifically engineered to serve as the substructure for the Falpro Multipurpose Bridge. Lateral securing of the load-bearing towers is always required to ensure stability. Each tower consists of a connecting frame and four interchangeable aluminium props, selected based on the required height and load capacity. For fine height adjustment, a spindle prop head can be used, while an adapter plate allows multiple load-bearing towers to be stacked. Additionally, the anchor plate provides lateral stabilization, securing the sides of the load-bearing tower for safe and reliable operation.
